Plan Your Visit

Site Open Hours

Open to the public Wednesday-Sunday, 11AM-6PM

We’re excited to welcome you to the first phase of our transformation! Our site is an unrenovated historic factory, offering a glimpse into its industrial past and future potential. Visitors are welcome to shop at FOUND in Ithaca’s 20,000SF antique mall and experience the vibrant murals lining Lower Morse Road.

Our main office is typically open 9AM-4PM, though we do not have a receptionist so appointments are highly encouraged. To tour the inside of the building or schedule a meeting with a member of our team, you can find more details here.

Accessibility

SouthWorks is committed to renovating spaces to accommodate people with different abilities. However, the historic buildings were built between 1906 and the 1970’s and currently our campus includes many unrenovated spaces. Below are descriptions of the current site conditions leading to our Main Office and FOUND in Ithaca. We will continually update this section as new renovations are completed and additional spaces are opened to the public.

If you need accommodations to facilitate your visit or participate in any SouthWorks event, please email sbarden@shiftcapital.us and we will be happy to facilitate any further needs or answer questions you may have.

Main Office:

The Main Office is located Xft from the site entrance on S. Aurora Street. There is non-striped asphalt parking directly in front of the building, with an asphalt “sidewalk” with a rounded edge (no curve) running perpendicular from the parking spaces to the front door. The Main Office door is a non-power door which has one X” inch step, followed by two X” steps immediately inside. The gender-neutral restroom is on the second floor up a flight of stairs and does not have an accessible stall.

If you need assistance with access to the Main Office please e-mail sbarden@shiftcapital.us.
