SouthWorks is a project of historic proportions that is set to become a lively place for residents, businesses, and visitors. The 95-acre site includes 850,000 square feet of existing, highly flexible space, with plans to add approximately 900,000 sq. ft. of new development, equaling a total of 1,700,000 sq. ft. of commercial/office space, and 250,00 sq. ft. of manufacturing space.
