The Center for the Future Workforce at SouthWorks is being built to drive tomorrow’s equitable workforce. The Center aims to train people experiencing barriers to employment and to help them develop advanced skills for sustainable career pathways. The Center connects its students with educational resources and experiential training opportunities from local businesses, public workforce development agencies, and educational organizations.
